Warranty

At Radiant, we believe in the quality and performance of every device we create. That’s why we proudly offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all Radiant Gua Sha tools. Your journey to glowing, sculpted skin is important to us, and we’re here to ensure your experience is smooth and worry-free. 

We understand that, sometimes, things don’t go as planned. Should you encounter any issues with your Radiant device within the warranty period, rest assured that our team is here to assist you promptly. Simply reach out, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible, so you can get back to radiating your best self.

Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident in your Radiant purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy on all undamaged & unopened products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your Radiant product for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. However, skincare products & supplements cannot be returned even if unopened due to sanitary restrictions.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. To receive a full refund, all returns must include the product, original packaging, instructions, and accessories. Everything must be in good, working condition.

For international orders: Those with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return.

Returns Inspection Process

Once your return is received, we will inspect it to ensure all components are included and in good working condition. If any components are missing, damaged, or dirty, the cost of those parts will be deducted from your refund. To start a return please fill out our contact form. 

Processing and Refunds

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and let us know immediately if your item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivered, not received

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but hasn’t been received, we will issue a replacement but cannot offer a refund. To avoid future delivery issues, we will require a secure shipping address with a signature upon delivery.

Damaged in Transit/Missing Items

In Case of items damaged during transit, we will replace the product if you provide the following:

Photos of the damaged shipping package

Photos of the shipping label

Photos of the remaining items received
